SunstarTV Bureau: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the inaugural ceremony of 3-day long India International Science Festival (IISF)-2020 via video conferencing, today.

India is hosting a 3-day long India International Science Festival (IISF)-2020 from December 22 on birth anniversary of Srinivasa Ramanujan, informed Health Minister Harsh Vardhan.
“India International Science Festival-2020 would start December 22 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Ramanujan and will culminate on December 25, on the occasion of birth anniversary of AB Vajpayee,” said Harsh in a press meet.
He further added that on December 25, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu will participate in the closing ceremony of the festival.
IISF is the platform, where science can be experienced virtually, said Dr Ranjana Aggarwal, Director, CSIR-National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies (NISTADS). IISF will take place from December 22-25 2020.
