SunstarTV Bureau: The world wide famous, Konark Festival will be held from tomorrow and will run for five days from December 1 to December 5.
The 30th edition of the Festival is being organised by Odisha Tourism will be held at the open air auditorium of the magnificent Konark Sun Temple.

It will be held amid the covid crowd cuts and restrictions. As the Odisha Tourism Department’s arrangements have been made to ensure that tourists safely follow the Covid rules and sit on the stage and enjoy classical dance music. Even social distancing and wearing of masks will be mandatory for tourists.
This year, the sand art festival has been organized at Chandrabhaga Beach. More than 20 sand artists will be performing sand art this time. Although many artists come from home and abroad every year but this year foreign artists are banned.
In addition, the open sky Theater is decorated like a bride for dance performances in Konark. Students from Bhubaneswar BK College of Arts and Crafts have painted the walls of the theater and every corner of the city of Konark in art.
The district administration hopes that tourists will enjoy the Konark festival, and will be observed following the Covid guidelines.
