Nuapada (SunstarTV Bureau): A Maoist camp in a forest is being busted by the CRPF personnel and seized a stockpile of arms, here today.
Following a tip off by the Chhattisgarh Police, the CRPF officials stormed into a forest in Bhainsadani village of Nuapada district and captured a huge amount of perilous arms but failed to catch the red rebels.
According to reports, the security personnel seized 5 rifles, 1 pistol, 3 rifle barrels, 33 electric detonators, 250 mts cortex wire from the spot. Other materials seized from the camp included 1 plastic drum, 15 iron-made containers (small, medium and large in size), the political maps of Puri district, Cuttack districts, Bhubaneswar city and Andhra Pradesh, 26 naxal booklets and literatures, 17 CD/DVDs, 165 belt boxes, 1 red cloth, many grocery items including turmeric powder, salt and rice, many electronic items including a generator set, batteries, printer cartridge, charger and electric wires.
